Patient Services Manager

My first experience with Palms DentistryVisit our homepage for more information was a few years ago – as a patient. In my past, I had a few very uncomfortable visits to other dental offices, and I became absolutely terrified of the dentist. I was so terrified that I had not been to a dentist in over 10 years! But, I had a broken tooth, and I was in a lot of pain, so I faced my fears and decided to try Palms Dentistry.

I was greeted by a welcoming staff who happily fit me into their schedule the same day! Unsurprisingly, I had lots of problems with my teeth that needed attention, which made me feel a little embarrassed and guilty about neglecting my smile for so long.

The Palms Dentistry doctors did not judge me, but rather reassured me that we could work together to restore my beautiful smile. We came up with a solution plan that worked for me, and now my smile is healthier and more beautiful than I ever dreamed it could be.

My experience as a patient was so positive. I knew I wanted to be part of this wonderful team! I applied for an open position, and now I’m the Patient Services Manager. My goal is to make sure all of our patients enjoy the same positive experience that I had.

The thing I love most about my job is helping people feel confident in their smile. We help patients face their fears and understand dentistry does not have to be scary. At Palms, you will not be judged, and we will make sure your experience here will be an overwhelmingly positive one.

Patient Services Manager

Hey Palms Patients, my name is Morgan! I married my high school sweetheart in October 2012. We have 2 kids and 2 dogs and we love doing everything as a family. I used to be a dental assistant until I wanted to venture up to the front and help patients in a different way. The best part is helping my patients get in as soon as possible to receive the best care. One of the most crucial parts of coming to the dentist is actually walking through the door. I want to make sure that when a patient comes in scared that they know we are here to help them and make their experience stress free.

Whether you catch me at the front desk or in the back, my goal is to make your visit positive and stress-free! I love working at Palms Dentistry because the team always makes patient care their top priority. No matter who you see or what you come in for, the team will always work together to ensure you are taken care of.

Dental Hygienist

I have been a Dental Hygienist for over 25 years. I graduated from Greenville Tech with a degree in Health Science. Being a hygienist is so much more than x-rays and cleaning teeth. It is about the great relationships that are built with the patients that are trusting us with their dental care. This trust is built over time and it is my favorite part of being a hygienist. I want all of our patients to look forward to their appointments at Palms Dentistry.

I have lived in Greenville for the past 20 years. My husband, Michael and our dog spend our time at home outside planting flowers and maintaining our garden. Actually, my poor husband digs the holes and I plant the flowers! We also love to go camping and hiking and are so thankful for the beautiful state parks that are all around us.

Certified Dental Assistant

I am a graduate of the Columbus Technical College Dental Assistant Program in Columbus, Georgia. I’ve been a certified and active dental assistant for more than eight years, and I absolutely love what I do!

I am committed to delivering the best patient experience possible while aspiring to be a team player that exhibits leadership and elevates those around me.

Since joining the team at Palms Dentistry, I’ve been privileged to work with great professionals who inspire me to become more knowledgeable and educated about dentistry. This inspiration, coupled with my passion for teaching, opened the door for me as a dental assistant instructor, allowing me to make an impact and share my knowledge and experience with the future of this industry.

When I’m not teaching or at the office, I am fulfilling my obligations as a mother and wife. I have a son, and I’m married to my best friend.

We love to travel as a family, binge watch our favorite shows on Netflix, and visit our favorite Mexican restaurant – where everyone knows us on a first-name basis.

I also love to swim, cook, and read. One of my greatest past times is snuggling up on the couch with a blanket while reading my favorite book series.
