Patient Services Manager

My first experience with Palms DentistryVisit our homepage for more information was a few years ago – as a patient. In my past, I had a few very uncomfortable visits to other dental offices, and I became absolutely terrified of the dentist. I was so terrified that I had not been to a dentist in over 10 years! But, I had a broken tooth, and I was in a lot of pain, so I faced my fears and decided to try Palms Dentistry.

I was greeted by a welcoming staff who happily fit me into their schedule the same day! Unsurprisingly, I had lots of problems with my teeth that needed attention, which made me feel a little embarrassed and guilty about neglecting my smile for so long.

The Palms Dentistry doctors did not judge me, but rather reassured me that we could work together to restore my beautiful smile. We came up with a solution plan that worked for me, and now my smile is healthier and more beautiful than I ever dreamed it could be.

My experience as a patient was so positive. I knew I wanted to be part of this wonderful team! I applied for an open position, and now I’m the Patient Services Manager. My goal is to make sure all of our patients enjoy the same positive experience that I had.

The thing I love most about my job is helping people feel confident in their smile. We help patients face their fears and understand dentistry does not have to be scary. At Palms, you will not be judged, and we will make sure your experience here will be an overwhelmingly positive one.

Patient Services Manager

Hey Palms Patients, my name is Morgan! I married my high school sweetheart in October 2012. We have 2 kids and 2 dogs and we love doing everything as a family. I used to be a dental assistant until I wanted to venture up to the front and help patients in a different way. The best part is helping my patients get in as soon as possible to receive the best care. One of the most crucial parts of coming to the dentist is actually walking through the door. I want to make sure that when a patient comes in scared that they know we are here to help them and make their experience stress free.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism at UNICAP, in Brazil. In 2014, I started my career in Dental Hygiene. I graduated from Fayetteville Technical Community College with an Applied Science Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene.

I love working at Palms Dentistry and getting to know my patients. I strive to thrive and to give my patients a beautiful, confident smile.

When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my husband, my two sweet sons, and Pipa, our poodle. We enjoy traveling, hiking, exploring, and spending as much time outside as we can.

Dental Hygienist

I have been a Dental Hygienist for over 25 years. I graduated from Greenville Tech with a degree in Health Science. Being a hygienist is so much more than x-rays and cleaning teeth. It is about the great relationships that are built with the patients that are trusting us with their dental care. This trust is built over time and it is my favorite part of being a hygienist. I want all of our patients to look forward to their appointments at Palms Dentistry.

I have lived in Greenville for the past 20 years. My husband, Michael and our dog spend our time at home outside planting flowers and maintaining our garden. Actually, my poor husband digs the holes and I plant the flowers! We also love to go camping and hiking and are so thankful for the beautiful state parks that are all around us.

Certified Dental Assistant

I am a graduate of the Columbus Technical College Dental Assistant Program in Columbus, Georgia. I’ve been a certified and active dental assistant for more than eight years, and I absolutely love what I do!

I am committed to delivering the best patient experience possible while aspiring to be a team player that exhibits leadership and elevates those around me.

Since joining the team at Palms Dentistry, I’ve been privileged to work with great professionals who inspire me to become more knowledgeable and educated about dentistry. This inspiration, coupled with my passion for teaching, opened the door for me as a dental assistant instructor, allowing me to make an impact and share my knowledge and experience with the future of this industry.

When I’m not teaching or at the office, I am fulfilling my obligations as a mother and wife. I have a son, and I’m married to my best friend.

We love to travel as a family, binge watch our favorite shows on Netflix, and visit our favorite Mexican restaurant – where everyone knows us on a first-name basis.

I also love to swim, cook, and read. One of my greatest past times is snuggling up on the couch with a blanket while reading my favorite book series.

I graduated from Greenville Technical College with a degree in Expanded Duties Dental Assisting. I genuinely love my job at Palms DentistryLearn more on our homepage.

I fell in love with this practice when I was a student during my clinical rotations. The willingness to grow, the teamwork, and the fantastic patient care motivated me to become one of the employees here at Palms. I love this practice, and I am sure you will too.

My husband and I moved to Greenville about two years ago with our two dogs. We love to go on hikes, explore new areas, and spend time with family. When we aren’t traveling, we spend most of our time enjoying home-cooked meals and sitting on our porch relaxing.

Dental Assistant

I’m originally from Georgia, but I’ve lived in South Carolina for over 10 years. I found my calling with dentistry and it is here where I’m happiest. One of the first things you’ll notice about me is my laugh. I love meeting new people and I’m always striving to make our patients feel at ease. When I’m not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my Great Dane, named Liza and kayaking the lakes and hiking the trails the Upstate has to offer.

‘‘As much as you can enjoy going to the dentist, I enjoy going to Palms Dentistry. Everyone is very friendly, the facility is very nice, and the dentists I have met never seem rushed to get you in and out.’’
